Founded on the principle that access equals opportunity, TnT is a youth-centered nonprofit organization committed to expanding access to STEM education in underserved communities. From building drones and coding apps to launching businesses and earning FAA drone pilot certifications, our programs offer more than learning, they offer transformation.

Teens n Technology offers immersive, future-focused programs that blend technical training with personal empowerment. Our offerings span entrepreneurship, STEAM exploration, drone technology, Al, and more. All programs emphasize hands-on learning, mentorship, and community collaboration.
Over 32 weeks, this credential-focused training prepares youth to pass the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification exam. Students master aviation theory, airspace navigation, drone hardware, CRM protocols, and business applications. Through live flight sessions and simulator labs, teens build confidence and real-world expertise. The program also introduces entrepreneurship in industries like drone photography, mapping, and inspection services. With FAA-certified instructors and mentorship, participants leave equipped for jobs, freelance work, or continued aviation training. This program breaks barriers for underserved youth—offering technical mastery, professional growth, and pathways into high-demand drone careers.
This 13-week program introduces teens to drone flight and safety through hands-on training aligned with the FAA TRUST certification. Students learn flight rules, aerodynamics, digital responsibility, and emergency procedures while piloting drones in supervised settings. Designed for recreational drone users, the program equips students with the skills to fly responsibly and confidently. Teens also explore STEM careers and aviation ethics, reinforcing accountability and technological literacy. Upon completion, most participants earn their FAA TRUST certificate and gain a strong foundation in drone operations—unlocking new interests, new skills, and potential career pathways in a fast-growing industry.
The TnT STEAM Program is a 35-week academic initiative blending science, technology, engineering, arts, and math into engaging, hands-on learning. Students work on collaborative challenges, digital design, and creative projects that explore real-world problems through a STEAM lens. Weekly sessions emphasize critical thinking, teamwork, and self-expression, with students building digital portfolios and presenting capstone projects at a community showcase. Designed for middle and high schoolers, this program strengthens academic performance, sparks curiosity, and prepares youth for future careers. It’s an inclusive, inspiring environment where underrepresented teens explore innovation while building the skills needed for success in today’s tech-driven world.
The Teen CEO Program transforms entrepreneurial ideas into action. This 16-week experience helps teens develop business plans, improve financial literacy, and grow leadership skills. Students learn branding, marketing, budgeting, and pitch delivery, then present their ventures in a culminating showcase. Guided by mentors and local entrepreneurs, teens explore social impact, ethics, and innovation through team projects and real-world problem-solving. Whether launching a product or planning a community solution, students leave with the mindset and tools of a modern entrepreneur. The Teen CEO Program empowers youth to lead boldly, think creatively, and build businesses that reflect their passions and values.
The 3-Day Boot Camp introduces teens to the exciting world of coding by guiding them through building and launching their first live web app. Participants explore HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Express on Replit, then integrate tools like SendGrid and Twilio to add real functionality. This fast-paced, hands-on experience helps students overcome tech intimidation, build confidence, and walk away with a functional portfolio project. Designed for absolute beginners, the boot camp offers a supportive, creative environment that shows teens they can build with code—no prior experience required.
In just one week, the TnT Web Creators Sprint Camp immerses youth in full-stack web development. Students build responsive apps using HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, and Express, adding features like email or SMS alerts through API integration. They also learn version control with GitHub and deploy their projects to the web. Through daily code reviews, peer collaboration, and live demos, participants sharpen both technical and communication skills. The program ends with Demo Day, where students proudly present their apps—gaining confidence, showcasing creativity, and discovering what’s possible when coding meets community.
The 10-Day Academy delivers a comprehensive web development experience for highly motivated teens. This full-stack course equips students with professional tools and workflows, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, GitHub, and API services. Participants build interactive apps, develop digital portfolios, and complete a full-featured capstone project. With mentorship, live coaching, and real-world use cases, students not only master code but also learn to think like developers. This free, high-impact training opens doors to freelance gigs, tech courses, or entrepreneurial projects—transforming curious youth into confident creators.
This three-month after-school program gives students an entry point into digital creativity through structured, twice-weekly sessions. Teens learn the basics of web design, JavaScript, and digital storytelling, building mini-projects that lead up to a final capstone. The format is low-pressure but high-impact, ideal for those new to tech who want to explore without being overwhelmed. Using accessible tools like Replit and Canva, students leave with a portfolio, stronger digital literacy, and a newfound excitement for tech careers. It’s a perfect blend of creativity, coding, and confidence-building in a short weekly format.
